Rates:
The Stephan House is rented to one "guest party" at a time. The rates depend on how many bedrooms are needed for your "guest party". Whether you rent 1 bedroom or 4+ bedrooms, the house is occupied only by you and your guests. Below is a list of options for your lodging needs. Discounted rate packages are available for longer stays and whole house rentals ( 4+ bedroom requests).
Main House Suite:
The main house suite is located on the first two floors and the basic rate charge includes one bedroom (king size bed) and a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The main house includes a kitchen, dining room, living room and access to the outside patio. The bedroom and living room have "gas" fireplaces". The main house can accommodate up to 6 adults with additional charges for the two other bedrooms available.
Basic Rates (based on 1 bedroom, 2 adults):
$195 - one weekend night stay (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
$150 - weeknight stay (Monday thru Thursday)
An additional second bedroom (queen size bed) is available on the second floor and can be rented for two more guests in your party. The bathroom is then shared by both bedrooms.
$85 - per weekend night
$65 - per weekday night
The additional third floor suite (full bed) has its own private bath, kitchen and living room and can be rented for two more adults in your party.
$110 - per weekend night
$75 - per weekday night
The Lower Level Suite can be rented for an additional bedroom. It has its own outside entrance. It has a kitchenette area along with a queen size bed and fireplace. An additional full size bedroom is available in the lower level.
$150 - per weekend nights

The common outdoor covered patio has BBQ grill for use by all guests.
We provide linens, towels, dish, glass, and cookware, etc. The house has internet service. There is no TV service but there are TV's throughout the house with VCR or DVD players. We have a collection of movies available to watch (your not suppose to watch TV on your vacation!) but your also welcome to bring your own. We prefer you step back in time and enjoy a good book or take a leisurely walk.
Important: Please note!!! This is a very old house. That's why we love it. Floors creak, sidewalks are old brick, pipes may make noices. There are many stairs involved. May not be accessible or ideal for all guests. Please ask any questions if you have any concerns. Thank- you.
